Use this page as your recording checklist for WhatsApp permissions review.

What to Record (Step-by-step)

  1. Open /privacy-policy and show it loads publicly (no login).
  2. Open /data-deletion and show deletion instructions publicly.
  3. Go to /login and login to WA CRM Pro.
  4. Open Settings → connect WhatsApp by entering WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and a valid access token, then save.
  5. Open Templates → click Sync from Meta and show the approved templates list.
  6. Open Contacts → add one opted-in test contact (your own WhatsApp number) or import CSV.
  7. Open Send Template → select an APPROVED template → select the opted-in contact → send.
  8. Show the API success response on screen (message ID).
  9. Show the message arriving in the native WhatsApp app on that phone number (screen record / camera shot).

Common Rejection Fixes

Privacy Policy URL

Must be public, no 404, no redirect loops, and match the exact URL you submit in Meta App settings.

Expired Token

If template sync fails with “session expired”, generate a new token with required permissions and use that in Settings.

Template Must Be Approved

Use an APPROVED template and an opted-in test number to demonstrate compliant messaging.

Important

For review, the recording must show the complete flow inside the product (login → connect → sync templates → send template) and then the message receipt in WhatsApp.
