If you want WA CRM Pro to delete your account data, contacts, and WhatsApp connection records stored in this application, follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to aceinfra76@gmail.com with the subject: Data Deletion Request
  2. In the email, include:
    • Your WA CRM Pro login email
    • Your team/workspace name (if applicable)
    • The WhatsApp phone number(s) you connected (if applicable)
  3. We may request additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account and team records stored in WA CRM Pro
  • Imported/created contacts stored in WA CRM Pro
  • Stored WhatsApp connection values (WABA ID, Phone Number ID, tokens) stored in WA CRM Pro

Meta / WhatsApp Data

WA CRM Pro uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform APIs. Data processed by Meta is governed by Meta’s policies. This page covers deletion of data stored in WA CRM Pro’s database.
