  • Account information: name, email, password (stored securely), team/workspace data.
  • WhatsApp Business connection data: WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, Phone Number ID, and access tokens you provide to connect to Meta APIs.
  • Contacts data: phone numbers, names, email (optional), city (optional), opt-in status.
  • Messaging metadata: template names used, send timestamps, API responses, delivery status (when available via webhooks).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, and logs required for security and troubleshooting.
